Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Supervisor / ID Engineer with 10+ years of experience to manage and execute interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle interior works such as finishing, furniture, and coordination with multiple vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all interior and finishing works at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship for all interior activities.
- Handle execution of works such as false ceiling, flooring, painting, joinery, and furniture.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of interior works.
- Manage site teams, carpenters, painters, and other finishing contractors.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues related to interiors.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and BOQs.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury interior or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic design tools.
- Experience in handling turnkey interior projects.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
