- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
- Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning and deployment
- Ensure candidate documentation and onboarding readiness
- Build and maintain a pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
