Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and their attendants.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, doctors, OPD timings, and available facilities.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments as required.
- Make reminder calls to patients regarding appointments, diagnostic tests, follow-ups, and procedures.
- Respond politely to patient inquiries and provide appropriate information within the scope of the role.
- Understand patient requirements and direct them to the appropriate department, doctor, or service.
- Follow up with patients after consultations, diagnostic tests, or procedures as instructed by the hospital.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, diagnostic, insurance, and other hospital departments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient calls, appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups in the hospital system/CRM.
- Conduct patient satisfaction or feedback calls and record responses.
- Inform patients about hospital health packages, preventive check-ups, diagnostic services, and other approved facilities.
- Support the hospital in generating leads and converting inquiries into appointments where applicable.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies regarding patient information.
- Ensure professional, empathetic, and courteous communication with patients and attendants.
- Meet assigned calling, appointment, follow-up, and customer-service targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions for the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the concerned team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
