We’re seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Telesales Executive to handle incoming client inquiries and convert them into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from potential clients interested in our photography services.
Understand client needs and provide detailed information about our packages, pricing, and availability.
Offer personalized recommendations and guide clients toward the most suitable photography solutions.
Build rapport with callers to foster trust and maximize conversion rates.
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized record of interactions via CRM.
Coordinate with the operations and photography teams to ensure smooth bookings and client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets from inbound inquiries.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound telesales, customer service, or a related role.
Experience in photography, event management, or creative services is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office applications.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
