KRA- Residential Social Worker
- Provide nutritious meals, ensuring breakfast and lunch are served on schedule.
- Promote healthy eating habits among children.
- Organize and engage children in free-time activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
- Plan educational and recreational activities tailored to the children’s interests and needs.
- Monitor children’s academic progress and provide assistance with homework and study routines.
- Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to support children’s educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Document incidents and interventions as needed.
- Facilitate daily visits from donors and other stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Provide updates and insights regarding children’s activities and well-being.
- Regularly update the Project Coordinator on daily activities, challenges, and achievements of the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and any concerns.
- Field visits for children's admissions.
- Encourage good behavior and teach children to follow rules in a positive way.
- Support children's emotional well-being by listening and talking to them with care.
- Make sure the environment is clean, safe, and child-friendly at all times.
- Help children learn personal hygiene like hand washing and keeping clean.
- Help new children settle in and feel comfortable in their new environment.
- Identify children who may need extra support and inform the Project Coordinator.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to improve your work.Work together with the rest of the staff to plan and improve daily activities.
- Make sure all materials (books, toys, supplies) are well-organized and in good condition.
- Follow child protection policies and report any safety concerns immediately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
