About the Role
MINDSPEAR Education is looking for a confident, organized, and communication-oriented Tele calling & Office Coordinator to join our growing academic team.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy professional communication, coordination, follow-ups, and working in a dynamic education environment.
Note:
This is a backend communication and coordination role involving inbound and outbound calls. There is no direct walk-in or front office customer handling involved.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously Coordinate with principals, teachers, parents, schools, and academic partners
Manage regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and professional emails Maintain accurate call records, reports, trackers, and communication data
Support office coordination and day-to-day operational activities Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination across activities
Preferred Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills in English Fluency in Kannada and Telugu are preferred
Hindi and additional regional language skills will be an added advantage good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
Basic knowledge of email, internet, and professional communication tools Strong phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and coordination ability
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
Qualification
