About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Lightroom Photo Editor with experience in photo culling, image selection, color correction, and color grading. If you have a strong eye for detail, consistency, and storytelling through images—especially wedding and event photography—we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Cull and select the best images from large photo collections.
- Organize and manage Lightroom catalogs efficiently.
- Perform professional color correction and color grading.
- Match colors consistently across complete wedding and event galleries.
- Apply exposure, white balance, contrast, and tone adjustments.
- Deliver high-quality edited images within deadlines.
- Maintain consistent editing styles according to client requirements.
- Communicate with the team regarding project updates and revisions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic.
- Experience with Photo Culling & Image Selection.
- Professional Color Correction & Color Grading skills.
- Understanding of exposure, white balance, HSL, tone curves, and masking.
- Ability to handle large wedding or event photo galleries.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in wedding or portrait photography editing is preferred.
