The Sales Executive / Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales, handling clients, coordinating site visits, managing channel partners, and closing deals for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Sell residential and commercial real estate projects
- Handle walk-in clients, inbound leads, and tele-calling leads
- Explain project details including pricing, layout, payment plans, possession timelines, and legal aspects
- Conduct site visits and provide end-to-end customer support
- Close deals from inquiry to booking and documentation
- Manage leads from digital marketing, brokers, and references
- Ensure timely follow-ups and client meetings
- Maintain CRM / Excel data with daily updates
- Build and track a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and property dealers
- Conduct broker meetings and communicate schemes and offers
- Generate business through channel partner networks
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with Sales Head / Site Head for performance reviews
- Collect KYC documents and booking forms
- Coordinate agreements, allotment letters, and registry process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA norms
- Mandatory experience in Real Estate / Builder Firm
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Residential and/or commercial sales exposure
- Knowledge of Delhi NCR / Ghaziabad market preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent convincing and closing ability
- Customer-centric mindset
- Working knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred
