Key Responsibilities
Follow up on pending service cases and device collection.
Provide service updates and address customer queries.
Collect genuine customer feedback after service completion.
Update customer records and escalate unresolved issues.
Adhere to service processes and calling guidelines.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in tele-calling or customer support is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
