Mid Level Designer
This is a growth role — not a fully formed one. The right person has 2–4 years of real interior design execution experience, a developing aesthetic sensibility, and the attitude to work within a system and grow into a senior over 18–24 months. We are not hiring for what they are today. We are hiring for what they will become — with the right environment and mentorship.
What They Own
Execute design concepts from Sapna's brief — space planning, material selection, furniture layout — within the defined design direction
Prepare complete design documentation per project — drawings, material boards, specification sheets — to a standard that execution can follow without verbal explanation
Coordinate with visualiser to ensure 3D output accurately reflects design intent
Conduct material and vendor research — bringing options to Sapna for selection, not making final calls independently yet
Support site coordination — visit site at key milestones, flag design deviations to PM
Guide junior designers on execution tasks — not manage them, but direct their daily output
What They Are Growing Toward
Client-facing design presentations — initially with Sapna present, eventually independently
Holding design direction during execution without needing constant Sapna input
Core Operational Expectations
Mandatory across all roles: Comfortable working on Google Drive and maintaining organised digital documentation.
Mandatory across all roles: Must create clear MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) after internal and client discussions.
Mandatory across all roles: Hands-on working knowledge of basic Excel/Google Sheets is non-negotiable.
Mandatory across all roles: Comfortable with structured reporting, trackers, and day-to-day operational coordination.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
