Job Title: Outbound Marketing Intern (Copywriting & Growth)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Marketing Intern who has a strong interest in copywriting, cold outreach, and growth marketing. This is not a generic content writing role, you will work closely on crafting high-converting outbound communication and supporting execution across email workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who is fast, proactive, and eager to learn how modern outbound and growth systems work in a real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling, personalized cold emails and outbound copy
- Assist in building and executing email outreach campaigns and workflows
- Research prospects and help with audience segmentation and targeting
- Use tools like ChatGPT/Claude to generate, refine, and optimize messaging
- Continuously test and improve subject lines, messaging angles, and conversion rates
- Maintain outreach data and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with the team to improve campaign effectiveness and response rates
Requirements:
- Strong copywriting skills (especially for cold email/outbound messaging)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of email outreach, lead generation, or outbound workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for content creation and optimization
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Prior exposure to outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.)
- Basic understanding of growth marketing or sales funnels
- Experience in internships/projects related to marketing, sales, or content
