About the Role
MAGWIL DIGITAL is looking for an energetic, confident, and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be reaching out to brands, businesses, and founders via phone calls to introduce MAGWIL DIGITAL’s creative advertising and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective brands, local businesses, and corporate clients from provided lead lists.
- Pitch Our Services: Clearly explain MAGWIL DIGITAL's advertising, ad filmmaking, and digital marketing capabilities to prospective clients.
- Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements, qualify genuine business prospects, and handle basic questions or objections.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and book discovery calls/meetings between interested clients and our strategy team.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate daily logs of calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in spreadsheets or CRM.
Who We Are Looking For
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional speaking tone (proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred).
- Confident & Persistent: Comfortable making high-volume phone calls and pitching services to new people without hesitation.
- Fast Learner: Eager to understand the digital marketing and ad production industry.
- Freshers Welcome: No prior corporate sales experience is required—drive, clear articulation, and a proactive attitude matter most.
Roadmap & Compensation
- Month 1 (Internship): 1-month structured training period covering our services, call pitching, and objection handling, accompanied by a guaranteed stipend.
- Month 2 Onwards (Permanent Full-Time): Upon successful completion of Month 1, you will transition directly into a permanent full-time salaried role at MAGWIL DIGITAL with fixed pay and performance incentives.
