Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake checks, and inspections
- Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Repair or replace defective parts including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical components
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential problems
- Ensure all repairs are completed as per company and manufacturer standards
- Maintain proper documentation of work performed and parts used
- Test vehicles after repair to ensure issues are resolved
- Follow safety standards and workshop procedures
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for accurate job cards and customer updates
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical)
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Basic computer knowledge for job card updates
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
