Job Summary
The Recruitment Team Leader overseas and guides the recruitment team to ensure timely, high-quality talent acquisition across the organization. This role combines hands-on recruitment with team management, ensuring that hiring targets are met, processes are optimized, and candidate experience remains exceptional.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability standards for the recruitment team.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure workload balance and manage team capacity effectively.
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments or business units.
- Manage job requisitions, approvals, and prioritization with hiring managers.
- Ensure consistent use of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and compliance with hiring policies.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

Candidate Experience
- Maintain high standards of candidate care and communication throughout the process.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
- Ensure timely feedback and closure for all candidates in the pipeline.

- Quality of hire and candidate retention rates
