Job Description For Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow within the organization. The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents properly.
- Coordinate with team members and departments for smooth operations.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Support management in routine office work and follow-ups.
- Maintain data entry and update company databases.
- Handle basic customer/client communication when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management. .
Required Skills:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in an EA, coordinator, or administrative role.
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- High discretion with confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
