We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Cosmetic Manager to lead our beauty and cosmetics department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for beauty products and strong retail management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the cosmetics department.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate beauty advisors and sales staff.
- Provide product recommendations and beauty consultations to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product expiry dates.
- Ensure attractive product displays and compliance with brand standards.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain high service quality.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate promotional activities and new product launches.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence within the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Beauty, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in cosmetics, beauty retail, skincare, or luxury retail management.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and beauty trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with inventory management and retail reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Retail Management.
- Experience managing teams in a beauty retail environment.
