Job Overview:
We are looking for a courteous and energetic Waiter/Server to join our vegetarian restaurant team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about vegetarian dishes
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
- Handle billing and payments when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/server is preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of vegetarian cuisine is a plus
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; additional languages are a bonus)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
