Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented RMA / Service Coordinator to manage
service operations, coordinate repairs, maintain records, and support customer service activities.
The candidate should have experience in handling service documentation and must have working
knowledge of Tally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) process from request to closure
Coordinate with customers, service engineers, and internal teams for service updates
Create and maintain service reports, invoices, and records in Tally
Track material movement, repair status, and warranty details
Prepare quotations, service entries, and documentation
Maintain inventory and service-related records
Follow up with customers for pending approvals and service completion
Generate reports and ensure accurate data management
Support billing and administrative activities related to service operations
Requirements
Tally knowledge is Mandatory
Graduate / Diploma in any stream
1–3 years of experience in RMA, Service Coordination, Customer Support, or Admin
Operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain documentation
Preferred Experience
Experience in CCTV / Security Systems / Electronics / Technical Service Industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
