- Lead testing activities and business process consulting for ServiceNow implementations.
- Configure and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Manage Employee Service Center workflows and functionalities.
- Implement and support Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and quality.
- Perform test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
