Key Responsibilities
* Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
* Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
* Coordinate trial classes, admissions, and student onboarding.
* Follow up with enquiries, pending admissions, and membership renewals.
* Manage attendance, fee collection, and student records.
* Coordinate schedules with instructors.
* Manage WhatsApp groups and share important updates.
* Ensure the studio remains organized, clean, and welcoming.
* Assist in workshops, events, performances, and day-to-day studio operations.
* Support administrative tasks and help improve studio systems and processes.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, etc.).
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
* Disciplined, punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
* Prior experience or interest in dance, music, fitness, or performing arts is an added advantage.
* Professional appearance, excellent etiquette, positive attitude, and respectful communication with students, parents, and team members.
* Looking for someone who wants to grow with Educatsio and contribute to building a long-term, student-focused academy.
Salary & Benefits
* ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Additional Information
* Working hours and schedule will be discussed during the interview.
* Probation Period: 3 months.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
