BuildOwn Developers Pvt. Ltd., one of Kerala’s leading premium villa developers, is looking for a highly experienced Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end financial operations and statutory compliance for our private limited company.
Key Responsibilities-
* Handle complete accounts of a Private Limited Company
* GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
* Finalization of accounts and balance sheet preparation
* Manage taxation and statutory compliances (Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
* Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and consultants
* Oversee audits, internal controls, and financial reporting
* Manage accounts team and accounting systems
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
Eligibility & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
* Minimum 5 years of experience in private limited company accounting
* Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance
* Experience in real estate or construction industry is an added advantage
* Proficiency in Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel
* Excellent coordination, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
