We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished video content that aligns with our brand, style, and marketing goals. You should have a strong understanding of storytelling, editing techniques, and post-production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content for social media, YouTube, websites, ads, and other platforms.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute the desired vision.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Review final videos and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Stay updated with current editing trends and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Maintain organized file management of all projects.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of post-production processes including color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and video content requirements is a plus.
- Motion graphics or animation skills are a bonus.
