Unistanz Software Private Limited is hiring Accounts & Administration Intern for strengthening the current Accounts & Administration team to manage the fast growing Unistanz team.
3 Months Internship + a full time conversion possibility on the basis of sucessful completion of internship.
Stipend : 8000 - 10000
The internship involves assisting in the following Accounts & Administration activities:
Intern will assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative functions, including:
- Preparing and filing GST returns and TDS documentation
- Managing invoicing and billing cycles
- Generating and maintaining financial reports and MIS
- Supporting vendor payments and reconciliation
- Vendor Management and Coordination with clients
- Necessary documentation and reports
- Handling and Managing Admin activities including managing daily office activities, including coordinating office supplies, facilities and vendor relationships. Handling communications and record keeping.
- Providing administrative support to HR department in general HR activities and Events as required.
- As required, coordinating with internal teams for administrative tasks
Qualifications
Potential candidates should be /have:
- Fresh B.Com and M.Com Graduates. M.Com will be given preference.
- Conversant with MS Office software like Word, Excel etc.
- Self Driven.
- Good communication skills
