Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically skilled and result-oriented Sales Engineer for the Waste Water Management industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client relationships, and providing technical solutions related to waste water treatment systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors
- Promote waste water treatment solutions, STP, ETP, RO systems, and related equipment
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
- Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and payment collections
- Maintain market intelligence and competitor analysis
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Waste Water Treatment, STP, ETP, RO, WTP systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of pumps, pipelines, filtration systems, and treatment processes
- Ability to handle B2B sales and industrial clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 2–6 years of experience in sales of water/waste water treatment solutions
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in industrial sales and project-based selling
- Strong client handling and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
