Job Summary:
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling routine office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting staff with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
