Orbiqe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for International IT Sales. The candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to requirement gathering, proposal writing, client communication, negotiation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close business for Web Development, Mobile Applications, Software Development, SaaS, and IT Services.
- Manage lead generation through Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Cold Outreach, and Networking.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, BRD, FRD, and SRS documents.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project discussions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, revenue, and closure targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Sales, Business Development, and International Lead Generation.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Understanding of Web & Mobile Application Development services.
- Experience working in startups and building business from scratch.
- Must have 100+ active email accounts, an active LinkedIn profile, and a strong prospect database.
- Individual performer with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals independently.
