Job Responsibilities
Maintenance planning and execution for the advance automation engine assembly facility by
:
- Preventive maintenance adherence along with continues improvement in check sheet based on equipment maintenance experience
- Predictive maintenance execution and countermeasures on observed abnormality
- Quick response on breakdown maintenance and according to implementation of countermeasures horizontal deployment on other equipment
- Proactive support to production by installing reliable quality assurance POKA Yoke by inhouse resources
- Eliminate design related issues of the equipment.
- Preparing team working as per compliance of ISO standard (ISO9001, ISO14001 etc) and according to audit achievement.
- Align team working as per MSIL safety guidelines and procedures

1) Functional/Technical
Work experience require for the Hardware selection, installation standard, programming and troubleshooting for:
- Mitsubishi PLC series of Q,iQ-R
- Communication network (CCLink, CC Link-IE, Ethernet etc) architecture
- Data transfer logic in PLC
- Mitsubishi Servo, Motion positioning module & Melecent, CC link
- Yamaha and IAI multi axis Robo
- Smart sensors & Vision camera (Make: Keyence, Omron, Cognex)
- Omron RFID V680 & other RFID systems
- Nutrunner System of Dai Ichi, Atlas Copco, IR, Uryu
- Cosmo Leak test systems
- 3 phase induction motor
- Scanners
- Creative make mech sub assembly
- Twin Make sealant m/c- Sealant pump knowhow
