Position Overview:
SCAD World School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong understanding of the subject, and the ability to inspire students to achieve academic excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach Chemistry at the senior secondary level, focusing on both theoretical concepts and practical applications.
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the academic environment and contribute to school events.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry and educational methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE curriculum school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
