Job Summary:
We are hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The role focuses on campaign execution, creative testing, and performance optimization to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Perform audience research, targeting, and segmentation
- Test creatives, ad copies, and formats to improve performance
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPA, and ROAS
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Manage budgets effectively (₹2L–₹10L monthly range preferred)
- Track performance and prepare regular reports
- Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives and strategy
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, pixel tracking, and optimization
- Experience in lead generation and/or eCommerce campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Familiarity with ad creatives and performance marketing strategies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Shopify or D2C brands
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
- Understanding of funnel-based marketing
