We support developers, EPC contractors, and asset owners in delivering successful renewable energy projects across India and international markets.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead Tendering and Business Acquisition activities for Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, Transmission, and Substation projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing bid submissions, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTendering & Bid Management
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from government and private sector organizations.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare bid qualification documents, compliance matrices, and bid submissions.
- Coordinate end-to-end tendering activities and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and clarification discussions.
Techno-Commercial Activities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, bid pricing, and commercial proposals.
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams during bid preparation.
- Assess project risks and develop competitive bid strategies.
Business Acquisition
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, EPC companies, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities in Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, Transmission, and Substation sectors.
- Support contract negotiations and project acquisition activities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of upcoming opportunities and business prospects.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with OEMs, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical and commercial inputs.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to enhance bid competitiveness.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the proposal process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Operations, or Project Management preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in renewable energy tendering, EPC bidding, business development, or project acquisition.
