We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive medical care to patients.
- Conducting thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
- Developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participating in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
- Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide comprehensive and continuous medical care to adult patients, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including but not limited to: cardiovascular disease, respiratory diseases, endocrine disorders (e.g., diabetes), gastrointestinal diseases, infectious diseases, and neurological conditions.
- Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including detailed medical history taking, physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, imaging studies).
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, considering evidence-based medicine and patient preferences.
- Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring appropriate dosages, considering potential drug interactions, and monitoring patient response.
- Referrals: Refer patients to specialists when necessary, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD Medicine / MBBS ) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred, Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
