Position: PGT – Business Studies
Location: Aravali International School, Faridabad
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree in Business Studies/Commerce (M.Com/MBA or equivalent) with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated Senior Secondary School
- Thorough knowledge of the latest CBSE curriculum, pedagogical practices, and board examination patterns
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom teaching
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual plans, lesson plans, question papers, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance to help students achieve their full potential.
- Conduct revision classes and support students in board examination preparation.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, faculty development programmes, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain academic records and contribute to a collaborative and positive learning environment.
