Responsible for preparing and cooking North Indian dishes while maintaining taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. Oversees kitchen operations in the assigned section, manages food preparation, controls wastage, ensures cleanliness, and supports junior kitchen staff. Should have knowledge of tandoor, curries, gravies, breads, and traditional North Indian cuisine. Experience in hotels or restaurants preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
