PGT English Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and qualified PGT English Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students through engaging and interactive lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language and Literature to Classes XI–XII following the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and study materials.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments.
- Maintain academic records and classroom discipline.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and faculty development programs.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (M.A.) in English.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CBSE curriculum.
- Proficiency in smart classroom tools and digital learning platforms.
- Passion for mentoring students and promoting holistic development.
