Job Title: Creative Strategist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative thinker to lead and drive creative vision across the company. The ideal candidate should bring innovative ideas for branding, campaigns, content, videos, design, events, storytelling, customer experience, and overall business growth.
This role is beyond marketing. The person will work with all departments and become the creative brain behind company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Brand & Creative Direction
- Build overall creative vision for the company
- Develop unique campaign concepts and brand stories
- Create innovative ideas for launches, promotions and activations
- Maintain brand identity across all platforms
Design & Visual Strategy
- Guide graphic team on creative direction
- Approve designs, branding assets and visual communication
- Develop concepts for packaging, store branding and presentations
- Ensure creative consistency
Video & Production Strategy
- Create concepts for ad shoots, reels, commercials and brand films
- Develop storyboards and shoot planning
- Guide video team for execution
- Build emotional and engaging storytelling ideas
Campaign & Innovation Planning
- Create monthly and quarterly creative campaigns
- Develop festive, seasonal and launch concepts
- Brainstorm viral and unique marketing ideas
- Introduce new creative trends and innovations
Customer Experience & Brand Activations
- Plan events and experiential marketing activities
- Create in-store experience ideas
- Develop customer engagement concepts
- Build memorable brand experiences
