We are looking for a highly driven individual who can work directly with the Managing Director to identify business bottlenecks and solve them using AI, automation, data, and technology.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern AI tools and can build practical systems that improve productivity, standardization, decision-making, customer experience, and profitability across the organization.
The candidate will act as a force multiplier for the MD by leveraging AI and automation across operations, sales, HR, marketing, customer service, and clinic management.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation
- Build and manage AI agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
- Design workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
- Create AI-powered solutions for sales, HR, operations, marketing, audits, and customer service.
- Identify manual processes and convert them into automated systems.
Founder’s Office Projects
- Work directly with the MD on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Conduct research, analysis, and business problem-solving.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and business reviews.
- Drive execution of key projects across departments.
Data & Analytics
- Build management dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze operational, sales, and marketing data.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics across business functions.
Process Improvement
- Document and improve SOPs.
- Standardize workflows across clinics and departments.
- Eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity.
- Monitor implementation and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or related background.
- 2–5 years of experience in AI, automation, business analysis, operations, consulting, or founder’s office roles.
- Experience building real-world AI workflows and business automations.
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
