About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser who enjoys managing the execution of products from production through dispatch. This role requires someone who can work closely with manufacturing teams, manage inventory, ensure timely order fulfilment, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Order Fulfilment
- Raise production order sheets and execute the production process in coordination with the manufacturing team.
- Ensure timely execution of orders by coordinating with internal production teams
- Track production status from fabric issuance to finished product.
- Ensuring correct order dispatch by supervising product quality checks (QC) and packing
- Ensure timely fulfilment of all orders received through Shopify and marketplace platforms
2. Inventory Management
- Maintain stock of finished goods, fabrics, trims, and packaging materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan and execute timely replenishment as required.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
3. Sourcing & Procurement
- Procure trims, zippers, packaging materials, and other production essentials.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for dyed and printed fabrics required for production.
- Follow up on material availability to avoid production delays.
4. Sampling & Product Development Support
- Coordinate sample development with the design team and vendors
- Ensure timely execution and movement of samples during the development process.
5. Logistics & Dispatch
- Book shipments through logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, DHL, and other courier services.
- Coordinate dispatch of customer orders, retailer orders, photoshoot samples, and internal shipments.
- Track shipments and ensure smooth order delivery wherever required
6. Documentation & Operations
- Maintain trackers for production, order fulfilment, shipping, financial, and operations
- Prepare retailer invoices, delivery challans, and maintain retailer ledgers.
- Ensure operational documentation is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production, merchandising, operations, or order fulfilment. (No freshers)
- Experience in manufacturing is essential - whether export houses or D2C brands.
- Experience with Shopify order fulfilment preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
- Strong inventory management and production planning skills.
- Familiarity with logistics platforms such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, DHL, etc. is preferred
- Must have knowledge of Excel and operational documentation.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage day-to-day operations independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
