Job Description
ZFORB is hiring an experienced Holiday Sales Consultant to sell customized domestic and international holiday packages based on client requirements.
The candidate must have prior experience in a travel company dealing with national, domestic, and international tour packages. The role includes handling client enquiries, understanding travel needs, preparing quotations, sharing itineraries, following up, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities
- Handle holiday package enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website leads.
- Understand client requirements including destination, travel dates, budget, hotel preference, and package needs.
- Suggest suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare and share itineraries, quotations, inclusions, exclusions, and payment details.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for pricing and availability.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and booking records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure a professional customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in holiday package sales, travel sales, or tour operations.
- Prior experience in a travel company is required.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong sales, communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle targets and close sales confidently.
- Basic knowledge of email, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
