Job Responsibilities
- Handle collection of overdue payments from customers (soft & hard bucket cases)
- Visit customers for field collections and follow-ups
- Maintain daily collection reports and update records accurately
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers
- Ensure timely recovery to minimize delinquency
- Coordinate with branch team for case resolution
- Adhere to company policies and ethical collection practices
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in collections (preferred)
- Freshers with strong fieldwork willingness can also apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
