Regional Head – Immigration & Overseas Education (Punjab)
Job Summary
Guru Kirpa Immigration is hiring a dynamic Regional Head to oversee branch operations across Punjab. The role involves driving business growth, leading branch teams, achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple branches across Punjab.
- Drive sales, business development, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers and regional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and immigration regulations.
- Monitor branch performance, MIS reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with Sales, Admissions, HR, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in the immigration or overseas education industry.
- Mandatory experience with UK & Canada Study Visa processes.
- Experience managing multiple branches or regional operations.
- Strong leadership, sales, communication, and business development skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
