Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and client-focused Wedding Planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing weddings from concept to completion while ensuring a stress-free and memorable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
- Plan and design wedding concepts, themes, and timelines.
- Source and coordinate with vendors including decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, entertainment, and logistics providers.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and event schedules.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
- Oversee all event preparations, rehearsals, and on-site coordination.
- Handle last-minute changes or challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth execution on the wedding day from setup to closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wedding planning, event management, or hospitality (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic event planning tools.
