Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a creative agency / advertising agency and must have strong skills in client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and revenue growth.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, pitching creative services, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant creative agency services.
Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and design teams to create customized proposals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems.
Research market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain post-sales relationships.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development
Mandatory experience in a Creative Agency /Advertising Agency
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Lead generation and sales closing ability
Client relationship management
Proposal creation and presentation skills
CRM knowledge is an advantage
Target-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Freshers with strong agency sales internship experience may also be considered (optional)
