Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers in their purchase journey, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and a passion for retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm and engaging shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, promotions, and offers.
- Support visual merchandising activities and maintain attractive product displays.
- Ensure adherence to store SOPs, policies, and brand standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock verification activities.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
- Participate in promotional events and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure the safety and security of store merchandise.
Eligibility
Education
- Any Degree (UG)
- Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related fields
- MBA/PGDM (Freshers interested in Retail Sales may also apply)
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Internship or prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, aviation, or sales will be an added advantage.
