We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and ensure effective management of the employee lifecycle. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training and development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and Indian labor laws.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
