Prefering Approved Chemist
- Supervise Production: Directly oversee the daily manufacturing of creams, lotions, gels, and ointments on the plant floor.
- Fill BMRs: Fill out and sign the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) online and in real-time for every single batch.
- Grant Line Clearance: Check and approve that rooms and machines are 100% clean before starting any new product batch or packaging run.
- Verify Weighing: Double-check and verify the accurate weight of all raw materials, active ingredients, and chemicals before mixing.
- Control Temperatures: Closely monitor the heating and cooling cycles of mixing vessels to ensure stable oil-and-water emulsification.
- Perform In-Process Checks: Test the pH, thickness (viscosity), color, and smoothness of the bulk product during manufacturing.
- Monitor Water Quality: Ensure the purified water system meets the required standards, as water is the main base for most derma topicals.
- Supervise Packaging: Oversee the tube-filling and jar-packing lines to ensure hygienic sealing and correct batch printing (Mfg/Exp dates).
- Enforce cGMP & Hygiene: Make sure all factory workers follow strict grooming rules, wearing clean gowns, gloves, masks, and hairnets.
- Calculate Batch Yield: Reconcile the final quantity of packed products against the raw materials used to check for any shortages.
- Maintain Logbooks: Keep all equipment usage logs, cleaning checklists, and temperature records updated for government inspections.
- Handle Deviations: Immediately report and document any machine breakdowns, temperature drops, or batch issues to the Quality Head.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
