- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and receipts using TallyPrime.
- Handle payment collection (cash, UPI, card) and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Update and manage inventory in TallyPrime – stock in/out, stock levels, and product movement.
- Make accounting entries in TallyPrime (sales, receipts, credit notes, GST entries).
- Coordinate with backend teams for product availability and order processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and ensure product display is up to date.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
