About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Assistant to manage customer communications, maintain relationships with clients, and support business operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
- Assist in admissions, training inquiries, and internship-related communications.
- Generate daily and weekly customer interaction reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, and Basic English).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Reception, Counseling, or Customer Support will be preferred.
