JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT MANAGER
Experience Required: 5+ Years
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from planning to execution. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project teams, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining effective communication with clients and contractors. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.
- Overall Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of interior design projects, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Coordinate with internal design teams and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide project updates.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and services.
- Lead project meetings, providing clear agendas and facilitating discussions.
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that arise during the project, fostering positive working relationships among team members.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and implement improvements for future projects.
- Uphold punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Day-to-Day Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively work towards achieving targets set by the management.
- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance productivity.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each task.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve execution issues.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute constructively to the execution process.
- Maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Problem Solving
- Address challenges and resolve conflicts within the team or with clients.
- Implement effective problem-solving strategies to overcome obstacles.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively as per the turnaround time advised by the management.
- Keep updated with industry trends, techniques, and software developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Interior Fit-outs, Construction, or Interior Design Projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and site execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Project Management Tools, and construction processes is preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
