Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Animation & VFX Trainer to teach students the fundamentals and advanced concepts of Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Motion Graphics, and Video Editing. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training to students and helping them build professional portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Animation and VFX.
- Teach 2D & 3D Animation concepts and techniques.
- Train students in character animation, rigging, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Teach VFX concepts such as compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, green screen keying, and motion graphics.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students in creating portfolios and industry-level projects.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software tools.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Animation and VFX workflows.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach both beginners and advanced learners.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Software Knowledge
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Autodesk Maya
- Blender
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Nuke (Preferred)
- Cinema 4D (Preferred)
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree/Certification in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, or related field.
- 1–3+ years of teaching or industry experience in Animation/VFX.
- Freshers with excellent practical knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Candidate
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong portfolio of animation or VFX projects.
- Ability to handle classroom and lab sessions effectively.
Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
