Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Travel to client sites may be required)
As an Implementation Engineer at SIONIQ, you will support the deployment and implementation of SIONIQ ERP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with customers to configure the system, assist with data migration, conduct user training, and ensure a smooth implementation experience. Assist in the implementation and configuration of SIONIQ ERP based on client requirements.

Support data migration activities while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Conduct online and offline user training sessions to help clients effectively use the ERP system.

Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, including configuration details and user guides.

Provide post-implementation support by identifying and resolving basic system issues.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines.

Learn client business processes and help recommend suitable ERP workflows.

Support senior team members in identifying opportunities for additional ERP modules and services.

Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., BCA, B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).

2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of ERP software or business applications is a plus.
